I was working as the PM news anchor at a news/talk radio station when this event occurred.  It wasn't until years later that I learned that Jane had been on that flight.

Jane was one of those people to whom this sort of thing should not happen, but she was doing what she loved, as I best remember her;  being of help to others, unselfishly.
